Project Description

Wedding Card Design | Save the Date Concept by Wedding card design is more than decoration—it’s a reflection of the couple’s story, tone, and aesthetic. For this Save the Date project, created a concept that balances elegance with personality, using floral motifs and vintage-inspired color palettes to evoke harmony and timeless romance.

Project Overview

The Save the Date card was designed for a modern wedding with a creative, slightly whimsical tone. The couple wanted something that felt “cool, classy, and unique”—a design that would stand out while remaining tasteful. The final result is a floral-themed card with soft vintage hues, circular framing, and refined typography.

Design Concept
  • Floral Motifs: Custom floral illustrations were used to frame the card and add softness. The patterns were inspired by the work of , known for her delicate, hand-drawn style.
  • Typography: Elegant serif fonts were paired with modern script accents to create visual contrast and hierarchy.
  • Color Palette: A muted vintage circle design was used to symbolize unity and balance—tones included dusty rose, sage green, and warm ivory.
  • Layout: The circular composition draws the eye inward, emphasizing the couple’s names and wedding date while maintaining a clean, spacious feel.
Print Specifications
  • Format: Circle Die cut flat card with optional envelope insert
  • Paper: Textured cotton stock for a tactile, premium finish
  • Color: CMYK with soft gradient overlays and spot color accents
